Proficiency Level

  • Develops the organisation's overall negotiation framework, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Leads critical, high-stakes negotiations involving strategic partnerships, major disputes, or significant investments.
  • Coaches and mentors others in advanced negotiation skills and strategies.
