  • Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at prospective client organisations or potential partners.
  • Negotiates terms and closes deals within defined parameters.

Level 5 (Strategise)

  • Develops the overall business development strategy, identifying target markets, partnership models, and growth objectives.
  • Identifies and evaluates strategic opportunities, such as new market entry or major partnerships.
  • Directs and guides the business development team or function.
